Système de refroidissement du corps
The backpack cooling system consists of a water circulation system and a liquid cooling T-shirt, designed to keep users cool and comfortable in hot conditions. The system circulates cold water continuously around the body, providing effective temperature regulation. Key components include a 3L quick-release water bladder, une mini pompe, a rechargeable battery, and quick-connect fittings. The mesh liquid cooling T-shirt, equipped with an embedded microtubing liner, ensures superior cooling performance for enhanced comfort and efficiency.

- Check the Power Bank: Remove the power bank from the backpack and check the battery capacity. The default capacity is set to 80%.
- Prepare the Bladder: Disconnect the bladder from the backpack’s circulation system. Fill it with water up to the marked line, lay it flat, and place it in the freezer to solidify.
Operation: Step I
- Prepare the Frozen Bladder:
- Remove the frozen water bladder from the freezer.
- Open the lock, add water, and ensure the water reaches the lower quick fitting.
- Securely lock the bladder.
- Connect to the Circulation System:
- Attach the water bladder to the backpack’s circulation system using the quick fitting.
TIP: If the bladder was not laid flat during freezing, the quick fitting or bladder may form irregular shapes or freeze over. Avoid forcing the connection, as this may damage the fittings. Allow the ice in the quick fitting to melt naturally (10–30 minutes), or use warm water to expedite the process.
- Attach the water bladder to the backpack’s circulation system using the quick fitting.
- Power On:
- Connect the power bank and turn on the switch to check circulation.
TIP: Before wearing the cooling T-shirt, confirm the system is functioning. Water should flow back into the bladder, and the cooling effect can typically be felt through the microtubing within 5–10 seconds.
- Connect the power bank and turn on the switch to check circulation.
Operation: Step II
- Wear the Cooling T-Shirt: Put on the liquid cooling T-shirt.
- Adjust the Backpack: Wear the backpack, tighten the straps to a comfortable fit, and connect the quick fittings to the cooling T-shirt.
- Start Circulation: Turn on the switch to initiate the cooling system.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Liquid Cooling T-Shirt: Wash the T-shirt by hand or use a washing machine with a laundry bag for protection.
Backpack Circulation System: Clean the exterior of the backpack using a damp cloth.
