On October 22nd, 这 Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI), in collaboration with the Shenzhen Enterprise High-Quality Development Promotion Association (SEDQDPA) 和 Shenzhen Newspaper Group’s Jing Daily, successfully concluded the “2021 Leading Enterprise and Leading Person in High-Quality Development” competition. The selection, launched on July 8, was guided by the “Shenzhen Enterprise High-Quality Development Index System”, designed by experts at Harbin Institute of Technology (深圳). It highlighted companies excelling in:

- Green and Low-Carbon Practices
- Global Openness and Resource Sharing
Following three months of nominations, field visits, and expert evaluations, the finalists demonstrated both significant achievements and strong growth potential. Notably, 90% of the selected enterprises were national high-tech firms, with “small giants” leading in innovation and setting benchmarks for industry development.

Tang Jie, Chairman of the Development Planning Committee of Harbin Institute of Technology (深圳) and former Vice Mayor of Shenzhen, emphasized the dynamic nature of enterprise growth.
