Look what our clients say! ——From Laser Client

” This is really the smallest chiller ever! Not like other chillers, this small body has a real strong cooling capacity as it advertised. I’ve tested the chiller with our Nanosecond UV laser from 3W to 15W, and its performance totally beyond my expectations! This miniature chiller will replace all other chillers in the future! ” ——Quoted from one of our chiller’s client.

What makes this client say this? Here is the answer:

What is the mini chiller?

The mini chiller is an air-cooled chiller, which consists of the fans, a compressor, a condenser, a throttle valve, a heat exchanger (also called evaporator), a tank, a heater, a pump and other components. The working principle is as below:

As the core part of the refrigeration system, the miniature refrigeration compressor acts as a pump to transport refrigerant through the system. The condenser is to condense the refrigerant. The refrigerant coming from the compressor and entering into the condenser is hot and pressurised. Then the condenser cools the refrigerant by transforming it into a liquid state. The refrigerant fluid loses its temperature and the pressure by passing the throttle valve, This sudden drop in pressure and temperature results in a cooling effect. The heat exchanger absorbs heat inside the cooling system. Because of the evaporator’s less pressure than the condenser, the refrigerant fluid evaporates. The heat required for heat exchanger is supplied by the water, which is circulating in the chiller system inside the evaporator. As a result, the cold water of the refrigeration system is cooled inside the heat exchanger and then transported by a circulating pump system to the cooling object. As it absorbs heat as much as possible, it gets hotter and turns into gas and finally is pushed back into the compressor. And the cycle continues.

What are the advantages of the miniature chiller?

  • Space saving
  • Energy saving
  • DC or AC power can be customized
  • High precision temperature control, the accuracy is ±0.1℃
  • Intelligent frequency control
  • Stable performance
  • 10-35℃ wide temperature setting
  • RS485 protocol communication is available
